the antihistamine protocol IVF CCRM

My sister, who had experience in unsuccessful and successful IVF, shared a simple idea to help pregnancy:

From about 4 days after egg release until 10 days after, take regular 25 mg Benadryl 3x a day, 20 mg Pepcid. Those are antihistamine protocol ivf ccrm. They will calm the body's defenses and help the egg attach.

One of my sister's friends who had failed an IVF, took just the Benadryl 3x a day after O, and got pregnant the first time she did it!

I think it's worth a try, especially for those with possible immune issues.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm in LA and supporting my cousin through her second IVF cycle, so I've been digging into anything that might help. The antihistamine protocol sounds interesting, do you know if CCRM officially recommends it, or is it more of an off-label approach?
