I'm really curious, are you sipping on some Pom juice or trying anything else to help with implantation? I've heard people rave about it, while others think it's all just hype. I'd love to know what's been working for you or if you're skipping those things altogether on this journey

I've been hearing a lot about Pom juice too, I haven't tried it yet though.

I'm more focused on staying relaxed and eating well but I don't think some Pom juice will hurt! will try that next time! We're all in this journey and it's nice to share and pick up little tips along the way!

Heard about it too but there's not a ton of hard science behind it yet. Still, it's tasty and full of nutrients so why not, right? Are you trying anything else like pineapple core or beet juice?

I've been reading about this because it's a recommendation I got from multiple people. The idea is that the juice is rich in antioxidants like polyphenols and vitamin C and vitamin K., which can support circulation and reduce inflammation. These are beneficial for uterine lining and implantation, at least that's the theory, but as the others said, there's no scientific research to back it up. With that said, no harm if you're not overdoing it, right?
