Healthy baby from aneuploid embryo

We just got our PGT-A results back and it's heartbreaking.. All our embryos came back aneuploid, and now we're grappling with the difficult decision of whether to transfer. Our clinic has been clear about the risks, mostly implantation failure or miscarriage, but I can't shake this deep fear of transferring and then somehow, miraculously, it implants but isn't healthy. I understand it's extremely rare but I'm hoping to hear from anyone who's been in this situation or has heard of it happening.. If there's anyone who had success with a healthy baby, I'd love to hear your story. We'd also appreciate any thoughts or experiences you can share with us.

I'm sorry to hear this news.. it's truly heartbreaking.
I've worked closely with a couple who faced a similar situation with a single aneuploid embryo..
They decided to proceed, aware of the low odds as this is something we really carefully discuss with our patients.
Unfortunately, it did result in an early miscarriage.
However, though extremely rare, there can still be successful, healthy pregnancies in a situation like yours.
Your concerns are valid, and it's so important to continue having open conversations with your medical team.
