Cramping after starting progesterone

I'm doing a modified natural cycle and started progesterone suppositories about a day and a half ago, likely right around ovulation. Since then, I've been having cramps that feel like my period might come. They're not severe, but it's making me nervous, especially since my transfer isn't until Friday, anyone else had this with suppositories?

Cramps are normal when you start progesterone. Think of it as your body getting used to the new meds, kinda like period symptoms. Usually, it's nothing to sweat about.

I agree with this. The doc was pretty good at explaining this and since starting this and said that cramping and bloating are normal. He also mentioned spotting, but I haven't experienced that. With that said, he also mentioned to monitor the signs and if something feels off, or there's too much pain or something like that to report it imediately.
